摘要
目的:探讨影响神经症患者最终到心理卫生专业机构寻求专业帮助的因素。方法:以两所精神卫生专业机构门诊就诊的167例神经症患者为研究对象,用自编问卷进行访谈。结果:在影响心理求助行为的7个原因中,有效性、问题性质和严重程度知觉以及当事人的自我效能感的应答百分比依次为65.3%、59.9%、35.5%。结论:影响神经症患者心理求助行为的主要因素是求助对象是否对之有效,其次为问题性质和严重程度知觉。
Objective： To explore the influence factors of the neurotic patients＇ help - seeking behavior. Methods ： A questionnaire investigation was performed to 167 neurotic outpatients in two psychological hospitals. Results： Among seven influence factors, the percentages of validity , the pereeive of problem character and important degree and self- efficacy were 65.3%, 59.9% and 35.5% .Conclusion： Validity is the most important factor, the perceive of problem character and important degree is the second influence factor.
