摘要
用动态滤失实验研究了压裂液的滤失行为,滤饼的性质,滤饼对岩心渗透率的伤害及其解除方法。动态滤失及其伤害数据能够最大程度地模拟实际情况。实际的动态滤失行为、滤饼性质和渗透率伤害受到聚合物加量、液体类型与组成、温度及剪切速率、滤失压差和岩心物性等多方面因素的影响,其它因素的影响效果都与岩心物性密切相关。滤饼溶解剂FCS可用在压裂的预前置液或后处理液中,有效恢复由于聚合物在地层浓缩形成滤饼等造成的渗透率伤害。
The filter action,the feature of filter cake,the damage of core permeability effected by cake and the solving method are researched by the way of dynamic filter experiment. The information of dynamic filter and damage can mostly analogue the real condition. The real filter action, the feature of filter cake and the damage of permeability are affected by the factors of the addition of polymer,the type and the composition of fluid, the temperature, the shear rate, the differential pressure of filter and the physical property of core and so on,the effects of other factors are closely concern with the physical property of core. Thesolution PCS of cake can be used in pro-processing and processing fluid of fracture before and after, and is efficiently recovered the damage of permeability affected by the condensing cake due to the polymer in formation.
