RAPD法分析猪肺炎支原体DNA多态性

Analysis of DNA Polymorphisms of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae by Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA

摘要 应用RAPD技术,用7条随机引物对7株猪肺炎支原体和2株猪鼻支原体基因组DNA进行了多态性分析,结果表明,7条引物共产生244个扩增片段,其中有92个是多态性片段。相似系数分析结果显示,国际标准株J株和国内分离株之间相似性系数为0.139~0.333,猪肺炎支原体和猪鼻支原体之间相似性系数为0.203~0.400。 DNA polymorphisms of seven strains of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and two strains of Mycoplasma hyohrnis were analyzed by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) with seven pairs of random primers. The amplifican results indicated that 92 of 244 amplified products were DNA polymorphisms bands. It showed that the similar indices of international standard J strain to national isolates and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae to Mycoplasma hyorhinis were 0, 139 - 0. 333 and 0. 203 - 0. 400, respectively.
