摘要
穗是水稻产量形成的关键部位,穗型是株型的重要组成部分。穗型的形成涉及花序建成、籽粒发育等一系列生理生化过程。本文综述了水稻穗型的分类,穗型与产量和品质的关系,穗型及穗部性状的遗传,及穗型相关基因的研究进展。讨论了育种实践中与穗型有关的问题,指出随着水稻分子生物学研究的深入,穗型形成的分子生物学机理将不断明晰,这必将有助于水稻高产优质育种实践。
Panicle is the key organ for yield formation in rice, and panicle type is an important component of plant type. The formation of panicle involves a series of physiological and biochemical processes,including the formation of inflorescence architectures, grain development etc. In this paper, the classification of rice panicle type, the relationships btween panicle type and yield and quality,as well as genes controlling panicle morphology were reviewed. Also, some problems about panicle type in rice breeding were discussed. It was believed that the molecular mechanism of panicle type development will be clear, which maybe contribute to high yield and quality of rice breeding.
