摘要
目的:对当前医院门诊收费窗口配置进行量化分析,为科学管理提供理论依据。方法:运用排队论的数学模型,选取妇产科门诊收费窗口作为示例,采集并计算患者平均到达率和收费平均服务率,借助排队论的算法及有关辅助程序,得到相应评价指标。结果:目前妇产科门诊收费窗口配置是合理的。结论:证明运用排队论理论与算法估算医院门诊收费窗口的配置是可行的。
Objective To analyze the efficiency of current outpatient billing service quantitatively.Methods The author applied mathematical model and arithmetic of the queuing theory to estimate the selective sample of gynecologic outpatient charge.The average arrival rate of patient and average charge were counted.By using the queuing theory and relevant assisted program,we got the corresponding evaluation index.Results It is reasonable for the charge of current gynecologic outpatient.Conclusion It is feasible to apply queuing theory to quantitative analysis on outpatient charge service in the hospital.
