摘要
文中以多相瞬变流理论为基础,结合地层渗流关系和井控基本原理建立了一套气井动态井控理论模型。模型根据气/液两相流体在流动过程中应遵从的基本规律,刻划了井内流体的各种运动特性以及动态压力平衡关系,并且较为全面地综合考虑了实际井控过程中可能出现的各种工况状态。理论模型采用数字法求解,并在此基础上编制了一套动态井控计算机仿真软件。通过实例仿真计算表明,该理论模型较为真实地反映了全井控过程中井内气/液两相流体的流动状况、压力变化和控制规律,具有良好的动态响应。此模型和计算机仿真软件可用于大斜度井、小井眼、欠平衡钻井以及空井压井等常规和非常规气井井控过程的动态模拟,对进一步深化和完善井控理论研究和实际现场应用具有一定的现实意义。
Based on the theory of multiphase transient flow,a set of gas well dynamic control theoretic models are set up in combination with the principles of the formation porous flow and well control.According to the basic laws with which the two phase(gas/liquid)fluid in flowing should comply,various movement properties and dynamic pressure equalization relations of borehole fluid are portrayed and various operating modes being able to appear in the actual well control process are comprehensively considered overall.A numerical approach is adopted for solving the theoretic models and on the basis of this a set of dynamic well control computer simualtion softwares are worked out.Through a simulation calculation for an example,it is shown that the flow regime,pressure change and control rule of the borehole two phase(gas/liquid) fluid in whole control process can be really reflected by use of the theoretic models which are of fine dynamic response.These models and computer simulation softwares can be used for the well control processes of the conventional and non conventional gas wells as high angle hole,small diameter hole,under balance pressure drilling and empty well killing,etc.,having a certain practical significance for further deepening and consummating well control theory research and on the spot application.
