摘要
利用可见光谱数字化分析系统将合金钢焊缝及焊材中V元素V486.47 nm分析谱线组谱图转变为数字化的电子谱图,使用计算机自动分析代替人眼视觉判断,解决了谱图的量化分析和记录难题。对不同V元素含量的焊缝及焊材样品进行了数字化分析测定,探索了选用V486.47 nm谱线作为分析谱线,选用Fe490.33 nm谱线作为比较谱线进行定量测定的方法。结果表明,数字化技术保持快速分析的同时可以达到定量分析目的,能够有效解决合金钢焊缝及焊材中V元素的快速定量分析及焊材牌号鉴别问题。
Here we report the digital analysis of visible spectrum of electronic spectrum of weld and welding material of vanadium V486.47 nm. Replacing of the human visual judgment by computer aided analyses facilitates the spectrum quantification and solves problems associated with the recording. In this work, the digital analysis of the standard samples of the weld and welding material with different content of V, have been performed. Using spectrums of V486.47 nm as the analysis spectrum, Fe490.33 nm as comparison spectrum, quantitative analysis has been made. The results indicate that the digital technique can help achieve the quantitative analysis, while keeping the advantages of the quick analysis. Consequently, this provides an effective solution for rapid quantitative analysis on vanadium and identification of trademark on weld and welding material.
