摘要
为解决某型组合式车载雷达天线结构在工作状态下面板变形量的计算问题,研究了有限元建模中体单元与板单元的耦合,推导了天线面板与框架连接处的耦合方程,并专门设计了天线面板变形试验。通过有限元计算数据与实测数据的对比,验证了所提出的计算方法的正确性。
In order to solve the structure deformation of a truck radar antenna,the couple of solid-shell element is studied,and the coupling equation of the connection of antenna faceplate and frame is conducted.The deformation of antenna faceplate is tested.By contrast the test data and FEM computing data,the computing method is certified to be correct.
