摘要
以攀钢钢渣和硫酸法钛白废酸为原料,利用正交试验方法,进行了钢渣湿法提钒酸浸工艺试验研究。研究结果表明,利用硫酸法钛白废酸浸出钢渣提钒的最佳工艺参数为:酸浸温度常温,酸浸时间1h,液固比5:I。在该条件下的钒浸出率可达76.43%~83.42%。
Taking Pan Gang's steel slag and spent acid of sulfate process titanium dioxide as material, the technology of vanadium extraction with hydrometallurgical process acid leaching was researched by method of orthogonal experiment. The research results indicated that the leaching percent of vanadium could attain 76. 43% -83. 42% by utilizing spent acid of sulfate process titanium dioxide, with optimum technological parameters as follows: leaching temperature: normal; leaching time: 1h; liquid-solid ratio: 5:1.
