钛管轧辊磨损分析及寿命提高

摘要 针对斜轧穿孔开坯过程中轧辊出现的磨损、变形等缺陷,分析了原因,使用经渗氮和未渗氮的同规格轧辊,作了连续对比轧制钛管的试验,并发现轧辊的磨损是钛管材在开坯连轧过程中产生擦伤、划道、折叠等表面缺陷的主要原因。运用渗氮热处理的方法,可提高轧辊的使用寿命3倍以上,保证了钛管连轧时的表面质量。 The reasons for abrasion & deformation of the rolling mill mould were analyzed. Contrastive experiments of continuous rolling titanium rough tube were made using both nitriding and non-nitriding rolling mill moulds of the same specifications, and it was concluded that the surface defects of titanium tube, such as pucker, nick and scrape, were induced by abrasion of rolling mill mould. The key for improving the surface quality of titanium tube is to maintain the quality of rolling mill mould. The service life of rolling mill mould could be prolonged three times with the method of nitriding heat treatment. Therefore the production efficiency was improved, and the surface quality of titanium tube was guaranteed consequently.
