摘要
分析传统的钢丝热镀锌工艺造成锌耗高的因素,介绍提高热镀锌钢丝镀层质量和降低消耗的工艺及措施:控制拉拔后的钢丝表面磷化膜的厚度在1~3μm;把化学脱脂改为电解脱脂,可减少脱脂剂用量15%~20%;采用复合盐酸洗除锈工艺、活化助镀剂工艺、无锌渣内加热镀锌工艺,可将生产1t镀锌钢丝平均耗纯锌量控制在50kg左右;添加锌-5%铝-混合稀土合金;用电磁抹拭代替油木炭及其他抹拭方法,改善锌液在钢丝上的流平性能,使镀锌层光滑均匀、无锌瘤。生产实际表明,吨钢丝热镀锌锌耗可以降低5%~7%。
To analyze factors of high zinc consumption caused by traditional steel wire hot-galvanizing process. The process and measures of improving coating quality of hot-galvanizing steel wire and reducing consumption were introduced as follows : to control the depth of phosphating coating of steel wire surface after drawing from 1 μm to 3μm, to change chemical degreasing to electrolysis degreasing which can reduce degreaser amount 15% -20% , to adopt compound pickling rust removing process, active plating aid process, zero zinc dross immersion hot-galvanizing process, the average zinc consumption of hot-galvanizing steel wire can be controlled about 50 kg per ton, to add Zn -5 % Al mixing earths alloy, to substitute electrolysis wiping for oil charcoal and other wiping method, to improve the flow leveling of liquid zinc on steel wire, to make sure the zinc coating smooth and even, no zinc tumor. Practical production shows that zinc consumption per ton of steel wire hot-galvanizing can be reduced 5% -7%.
