摘要
从液压系统及其故障的特殊性出发,提出液压系统是个灰色系统、液压系统故障具有灰色性质,从而为灰色系统理论应用于液压系统的故障诊断提供了前提。鉴于液压系统的状态特征参数存在三种不同模式,针对运用灰色关联方法进行液压系统故障诊断时所面临的问题提出了解决办法,并在齿轮泵故障诊断实验研究中得到了验证。结果表明,在信息量不多的情况下,灰色关联分析方法是液压系统状态识别与故障诊断的一个有效工具。
It is put forward that the hydraulic system is a grey one and its faults possess grey property from the particularity of the hydraulic system and its faults, which lays a basis for using the Grey System Theory in faults diagnosis for hydraulic system. But there exist three patterns of condition parameters for hydraulic system in practice, the problems and the solution are discussed in using the grey correlation method, and the solution suggested is verified practically through an example of the gear pump. It shows that the grey correlation analysis method is an efficient tool for the condition identification and fault diagnosis in hydraulic systems.
