摘要
科技成长与文化产业发展的内在生命周期,体现为基础性创新长波统摄下的改进性创新短波,以各种形态交替呈现。基于这样的演进规律,文化产业的发展,既要为明天发展而立足于贴近生活的基础性产业,又要为今天的建设而追逐时尚的更替性产业,在充分发挥创意主体的创造性同时,克制以各种形态交替呈现的改进性创新产业。在社会转型时期,创建一种既与快速更替和变化发展相应又贴近生命的最基本需求的文化,鼓励共同创造与知识分享。
The growth of science and technology and the development of cultural industry is inherently an alternation of various innovative reforming short-waves under the guidance of the fundamental innovative long-waves. Therefore, the development of cultural industry should not only rely on the basic industry related closely to people＇s daily life for future development, but also pursue the faddish alternating industry for today＇s construction, giving full play to the creativity of each creative subject while restraining the innovative reforming industry which occurs alternatively in various forms. In a time of social transformation, the creation of a culture that both corresponds to the fast alternation and swift development and meets the most basic requirements of life can encourage joint creation and sharing of knowledge.
