摘要
机场道面翻修、改(扩)建工程会产生大量的废弃混凝土,如何利用废弃混凝土作为再生骨料来配制道面再生混凝土,同时满足机场道面工程设计与施工要求,本文研究采用掺加优质粉煤灰和高效外加剂的"双掺"技术,采取绝对体积法和独立设计法,进行道面再生混凝土配合比设计。室内试验表明道面再生混凝土性能优于普通道面混凝土,和易性达到了设计指标,抗折强度和抗压强度分别较普通道面混凝土提高4%-11%、1%-7%。现场配制的再生混凝土和易性好,易于铺筑施工,应用效果较好,28天抗折强度均达到5.5 MPa以上,质量检验项目全部符合规范及设计要求。
The overhauling, rebuilding and enlarging of airport pavement often produce vast amount of waste concrete, the reutilization of the waste concrete is an important and worthwhile subject for study. This paper presents the research on the problem of how to take the waste concrete as a recycled aggregate in making up the airport pavement recycled concrete, which, at the same time, can meet the design and construction requirements of airport pavement project. By adopting the "double mixing" technique mixing high quality fly ash with high efficient admixture, and applying the absolute volume method and individual design method, the mix proportion design of pavement recycled concrete is optimized. The indoor testing results show that the pavement recycled concrete is superior to the common pavement concrete in performance and the workability meets the design requirements. The compressive strength and flexural strength of this pavement recycled concrete are higher than those of the ordinary pavement by 1% -7% ,4% -11% respectively. The recycled concrete made in field is good in workability and application effect, and easy to pave in constructing, the 28 days'flexural strength are aU higher than 5.5 MPa. So the recycled concrete can be used in military airport pavement construction, also has important military, economical and social benefits.
