基于GPS/全站仪的村镇土地外业执法系统的研究与实现

摘要 针对我国村镇土地外业执法测量的高精度需求以及现有手段的不足,设计了基于GPS/全站仪的执法测量的业务流程;在PDA环境下建立了该系统,实现了GPS RTK高精度定位以及全站仪信号的读取和解析;并且针对GPS信号遮挡和全站仪控制网布设困难等问题,研究并实现了一种基于公共点自由设站的全站仪坐标转换方法,从而提高村镇土地执法工作的效率和精度。 Aimed at the requirement of high precision in China rural land law - enforcement and the disadvantages of existing method, an approach for rural land law - enforcement based on GPS and Total Station Instrument has been designed. The authors have established the system in PDA environment. GPS RTK positioning, acquisition and processing of the signal of Total Station Instrument have been realized. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the trouble of GPS signal shading and laying reference point, a coordinate transformation method,which sets some common points as control, has been researched to improve the efficiency and precision in land law -enforcing work.
