摘要
采用两级曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺,对生活污水进行处理。试验研究了两级曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺系统生物膜的培养过程和对CODcr,BOD5、SS、NH3-N等去除效果。试验结果表明生活污水经两级曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺系统处理后,出水BOD5与CODcr分别低于10 mg/L和40 mg/L,SS小于10 mg/L,浊度小于8NTU,色度小于15度,总磷小于3 mg/L,NH3-N小于2 mg/L,NO3-N小于5 mg/L,细菌小于3个/mL,大肠杆菌未检出;CODcr,BOD5的去除率分别超过90%、95%,SS和NH3-N去除率接近100%,出水稳定,水质较好,符合国家污水综合排放的水质标准,有利于污水的再生利用。
The domestic wastewater was treated by two stage biological aerated filter(BAF). The process of biofilm cultivation and the removal efficiencies of CODer, BODs, SS, NH3 - N were investigated in this study. The result indicates that the sys- tem is efficient for the removal of CODer, BOD5 , SS, NH3 -N and so on, the effluent concentration of CODer and BOD5 is less than 10 mg/L and 40 mg/L, SS is smaller than 3 mg/L, turbidity is smaller than 8NTU, color is no more than 15degree,TP is less than 3 mg/L,NH3 - N is less than 2 mg/L,NO3 - N is less than 5 mg/L,Bacteria is less than 3/mL, E. coli was not found re- spectively. The removal effieiencies of CODer, BOD5 are beyond 90% and 95% respectively, and SS, NH3 - N are removed about 100%. The effluent quality of two stage BAF treatment system is fine, and better in line with the state wastewater discharge standards. It is conducive to the recycling of waste water.
