摘要
通过对济南地区EPS板外墙外保温工程的调研分析,找出EPS板薄抹灰外墙保温系统在整体构造、细部节点、保温材料、防护层材料、饰面材料和施工等方面存在的问题。为达到防治的目的,针对性地对EPS板外保温系统尤其是其细部节点的构造设计提出了改进,并对EPS板外保温系统的材料质量控制和施工提出了要求,以期为EPS板外墙外保温系统的推广使用提供参考。
In light of some investigations on EPS exterior insulation system, some problems are detected in the thermal insulation system with thin plastering concerning the whole structure, construction joints, insulation materials, protective layer, surface layer and constructing. Some improvement is suggested to construction details of exterior thermal insulation system with EPS and some requirements are proposed regarding quality control and constructing of the exterior structure so as to provide reference parameters for its promotion.
