内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽对脑血管影响的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑组织代谢水平高,耗氧量大,组织的能量储备又很少,因而需要不断地通过血液循环供应氧和葡萄糖。脑血管及脑血流量受多种因素的调控,以维持脑血供的稳定,保证脑组织的正常功能。近来这一领域的研究越来越受到人们的重视,许多细胞因子如NO、ET、CGRP、NYP、SP等物质均参与了脑血管及脑血流量的调节过程。内皮素(Endothelin,ET)是目前已知最强的缩血管物质。同时也是一种内源性致损伤因子;而降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)是体内最强的扩血管物质,也是一种内源性保护因子翻。本文就ET、CGRP对脑血管及脑血流量的影响作一综述.
