摘要
本文采用机械法与化学机械法两种处理方式,对聚芳二噁唑(POD)纤维的原纤化进行研究。结合SEM、BET测试方法以及WAXD等手段,探讨了两种原纤化方法对POD纤维形态结构以及凝聚态结构的影响。研究结果表明,化学机械法中,纤维经过一定程度的化学处理后,再进行机械剪切,可使POD纤维产生原纤化,形成较好的分丝结构,但聚合物的结晶度有所下降。而采用单纯的机械法处理,纤维尽管可以产生一定程度的原纤化,但纤维切断较为显著。
Mechanical pulping and physicochemical pulping methods were adopted to form the Polyoxadiazole (POD) pulps. The influence of the two methods on the morphological and condensed structure of the POD fibers was investigated by the methods of SEM, BET and WAXD. The results show that, the fibers pretreated by chemical reagents could be fibrillated by mechanical shearing in the physicochemical pulping, whereas the crystallinity of the polymer was decreased. Otherwise, the fibers were chopped obviously, although the pulps prepared by the mechanical pulping also exhibited a certain of fibrillated structure.
