摘要
针对稀土永磁同步电动机自身特点,基于磁链轨迹控制策略,就他控式PWM变频调速系统中效率、谐波、振荡与失步、电机与变频器匹配以及电网电压波动等关键技术进行了研究。提出了最小电流法实现系统最高效率运行和使电机与变频器按最佳压频比匹配的思想,给出了减小电机振荡与抗失步对策,利用谐波抑制技术实现了输出电压波形准正弦化,并使用非零电压矢量自动补偿技术克服了电网电压波动对系统的影响。
Based on the flux linkage track control strategy and special features of Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(REPMSM),this paper studied mainly on key problems of independent controlled PWM Variable frequency adjusting speed system.Such as efficiency harmonic oscillation and step out match of motor and inverter and power supply voltage fluctuation etc.The minmum current control was put forward to realize the system high efficiency working and optimal rate of voltage to frequency which applied to motor,the control strategy was gived to resist step out and reduce motor oscillation,at least,the authors adopted harmonic restriant technique to obtain the inverter output voltage quasi sine wave and used non zero voltage vector to compensate automatically the ifluency of the fluctuation voltage to the system.
