摘要
本文基于十多年来实验和田野调查的最新证据,对文献中最为关注的影响群体合作的因素进行了总结,发现群体的自身特征和制度安排会影响群体的合作能力。特别地,群体成员的异质性一般会损害群体的合作;群体规模和成员的经济不平等性与群体合作能力之间一般也是负相关关系,虽然不如异质性那么明显;在制度安排方面,良好的沟通机制、惩罚机制、分配机制和管理机制可以提高群体的合作能力。
Based on the latest evidence from experiments and field study for more than ten years, this article summarizes the factors influencing group cooperation which are most concerned in literatures and finds that self characteristics and institutional arrangements of a group have impacts on its cooperation ability. Specifically, heterogeneity of the group members may generally damage group cooperation. There is a negative relationship between group scale, economic inequality of members and group co- operation ability, though such relationship does not seem so obvious as heterogeneity. As for institutional arrangements, group cooperation ability can be improves through good communieation mechanism, punishment mechanism, distribution mechanism and management mechanism.
