摘要
数字电液调节系统是采用计算机对汽轮机进行调节、监视和控制的重要装置,杭州协联热电有限公司二期工程采用了国内少见的双抽机组,控制难度相对较大,并采用了日本WOODWARD公司生产的数字电液调节系统作为汽轮机的唯一控制手段,实现了对机组启动、并网、带负荷过程中的转速、抽气流量和负荷的控制,保证了机组的正常运行。文中简单介绍了日本WOODARD公司生产的数字电液调节系统的构成、工作原理和主要功能。
Digital electronic hydraulic (DEH) control system is an important device using computer to adjust. monitor andcontrol the turbine. In the second project of Hangzhou-Union Cogeneration Co.Ltd.. a rare double-bleeder turbine-generatorunit was adopted. By using a DEH system manufactured by WOODWARD governor Ltd. (Japan) as the only control methodon turbine-generator. the turbine speed. bleeding flow and load are under control during the three periods : starting. puttinginto operation with power system and carrying load. And the proper running is also ensured well. This paper generallyintroduces the configuration. operation principle and main functions of DEH control system.
