摘要
建立了罗布白麻叶和罗布红麻叶的高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱联用的分析方法,分析比较了二者的16种成分。在罗布麻叶中首次发现了槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸、槲皮素-3-O-呋喃型阿拉伯糖苷、Ⅰ3-Ⅱ8-双芹菜苷元、穗花衫双黄酮、贯叶金丝桃素和加贯叶金丝桃素。研究表明罗布红麻叶和罗布白麻叶的主要成分在种类和含量上均有较大的差别,前者中槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖醛酸、金丝桃苷、槲皮素-3-O-呋喃型阿拉伯糖苷、乙酰化异槲皮素、乙酰化金丝桃苷、紫云英苷、山奈酚-3-O-半乳糖苷、槲皮素、山奈酚和贯叶金丝桃素的含量高于后者,而白麻苷含量低于后者。芦丁和加贯叶金丝桃素是罗布白麻的特征性成分,而Ⅰ3-Ⅱ8-双芹菜苷元和穗花衫双黄酮是罗布红麻的特征性成分,根据此特点可以区分二者。
A liquid chromatography -electrospray ionization mass spectrometry( LC -ESI MS)method was developed for the analysis and identification of constituents in plant extracts from the leaves of Apocynum hendersonii ( A. hendersonii ) and Apocynum venetum ( A. venetum ). Sixteen major compounds were separated and detected, in which quercetin-3-O-glucuronide, quercetin-3-O-arabino- furanoside, 1 3- Ⅱ8-biapigenin, amentoflavone, hyperforin and adhyperforin were both firstly reported in A. hendersonii and A. venetum leaf. The result indicated that types and contents of the main compounds in A. hendersonii and A. veneturn was found to be variable. The extract of A. venetum contains high level of quercetin-3-O-glucuronide, quercitin-3-O-galactoside, quercetin-3-O-arabinofuranoside, acetyled quercitin-3-O-glucoside, acetyled quercitin-3-O-galactoside, kaempferol-3-O- glucoside, kaempferol-3-O-galactoside, quercetin, kaempferol and hyperforin, while that of A. hendersonii had high contents of quercetin-3-O-mahoside. Among these compounds, quercetin-3- O-rutinoside and adhyperforin are characteristic compounds of A. hendersonii, and 1 3- Ⅱ 8-biapigenin and amentoflavone are characteristic compounds of A. venetum. According to their characterisitc compounds, A. hendersonii and A. venetum could be distinguished.
