摘要 通过HyperMesh软件,对实体模型简化、单元类型选取、网格划分等建模关键技术进行了研究,建立了跷板式开关装置的有限元模型;并通过LS-DYNA软件对开关工作过程作了虚拟仿真和动态力学分析,得到了开关工作时各构件的应力变化图,得出了触点间接触压力随时间的变化规律。为开关的结构优化做了前期准备。 In this paper,key technologies of modeling,such as entity model simplification,unit type selection,and grid division were studied,and the finite element model of toggle-switch was set up by HyperMesh software.The virtual simulation and the dynamic analysis for the working process of the toggle-switch were performed by software LS-DYNA.The stress diagram of all components was obtained,while the swith was working and the pressure between contacts was varied with the time.This paper nas made,the prophase preparation for the structural optimization of switch.
