摘要
选取漳州地区广泛大剂量使用的5种农药作斑马鱼急性毒性试验,评价5种农药对鱼类的毒性和安全性。结果表明:丙溴磷、灭多威和三氟氯氰菊酯的LC50远小于0.1mg/L,属于剧毒级农药;毒死蜱0.1mg/L<LC50≤1.0mg/L,属于高毒级农药;水胺硫磷1.0mg/L<LC50≤10.0mg/L,属于中毒级农药。该研究为这5种漳州常用农药的使用提供了科学指导和基础资料。
The toxicity of five wide used pesticides in Zhangzhou to Brachydanio rerio was investigated using stan dardized laboratory procedures;the grade was compartmentalized according to toxicity scope and the safety evaluation was made for thes five pesticedes.The results showed that three of which belong to extremely high toxicity grade（96 h LC50 lower than 0.1 mg/L）;one belongs to hight（96 h LC50 between 0.1~1.0 mg/L） and one belongs to moderate toxicity grade（96 hLC50 between 1.0~10.0 mg/L）.
