摘要
比较ICP-AES和GFAAS法测定倍立健中多种金属元素含量。两种方法测定的钙、镁、锌、铁、锰和铜元素含量结果一致,但ICP-AES测得的铬含量远低于GFAAS测定结果。对ICP-AES测定过程中的样品处理方式、分析波长、酸效应和盐效应进行分析,确定酸效应和盐效应为造成结果差异的主要原因,调整标准品的酸碱度并添加相匹配的金属盐后,ICP-AES测定结果与GFAAS测定结果显示了很好的一致性,可用于倍立健中多种金属元素的含量测定。
Determination of metal elements in Double X by GFAAS and ICP - AES was performed and the results showed that the good accordance was achieved for Ca(Ⅱ) ,Mg(Ⅱ) ,Zn(Ⅱ) ,Fe(Ⅲ) ,Mn(Ⅱ) ,Cu(Ⅱ), but the Cr(Ⅲ) content measured by ICP - AES was much lower than that by GFAAS. The sample preparation, analytical wavelength, acidity test and salt effect were further investigated and the results suggested that the salt effect and acid effect were the pre- dominant reasons to the phenomena in ICP-AES method. By adjusting the matrix of standard solution (acidity and salt concentrations) to match the sample, the measured value of Cr(Ⅲ) content in Double X by ICP -AES was in good agreement with that by GFAAS.
