摘要
应用数字图像处理技术探讨了定量检测植入β-半乳糖苷酶细胞的方法。得出以下结论:一是彩色图像分割中常用的HSV颜色模型方法,较难检测出植入少量β-半乳糖苷酶的细胞;常用的绿色特征提取方法(2G-R-B方法),也不适应于β-半乳糖苷酶的检测。二是所提出的G-R方法是植入β-半乳糖苷酶细胞特征检测的有效方法,该方法不仅可以有效地提取植入β-半乳糖苷酶较多的细胞,而且同样可以检测出植入β-半乳糖苷酶较少的细胞,并且处理过程简单,处理速度快。
Some digital image processing techniques were used to treat images of the cells containing β-galactosidase. The results are as follows: first, the HVS model can't distinguish the cells containing a little β-galactosidase gene. The green colour extraction (2G - R - B) method isn' t suitable for detecting and extracting the cells containing β-galactosidase. Second, the G - R method is able to extract the images of the cells containing β-galactosidase. This digital image processing is simple and fast.
