树突状细胞摄取加工外源性抗原的路径及机理研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 非成熟的树突状细胞可通过巨胞饮、受体介导的内吞及吞噬3种方式摄取外源性抗原。在富含 MHCⅡ的细胞内隔室(MIIC)中抗原被降解、加工并与 MHCⅡ结合,所形成的抗原肽-MHCⅡ复合物最终表达在细胞膜表面。经巨胞饮及吞噬两种方式摄入的抗原,还可通过胞质的TAP 依赖途径或内吞体的 TAP 非依赖途径以 MHCI 的方式提呈。CD1主要参与提呈微生物的脂类抗原,细胞内的 CD1b 也聚集在 MIIC 内,在甘露糖受体介导下摄入的脂类抗原可进入 MIIC与 CD1b 相遇。
