消化道树突状细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 消化道免疫系统在防止病原微生物的侵害和对食物中外源性抗原耐受方面起重要作用。树突状细胞在消化道粘膜上皮、粘膜固有层及相关淋巴组织中均有分布,具有加工和提呈外来抗原的功能,可初始化静息 T 淋巴细胞,其功能受局部巨噬细胞、细胞因子、内毒素等影响和调节,与消化道肿瘤、感染及炎症性肠病等疾病有密切关系。
