摘要
我国服务管理目前所存在的问题包括:服务管理竞争环境中制度、法规不健全;传统思维意识根深蒂固,制约服务业的发展;服务管理体系缺乏信息透明的机制;在服务体系中未能彰显我国文化特色的以人为本的和谐机制。对策建议是:建立、健全和充实、完善政策体系,营造良好的服务业发展环境;增强服务管理聚集化程度,消除意识障碍;透明的系统信息建设;加强自身服务管理,重点加强企业产品的人性服务。服务管理作为一种新型的管理模式,越来越多的学者进入测量、统计、决策支持模型领域的研究,将来也会出现更多的量化成果。
There are some problems in service management in China at present. For example, the system and regulations are imperfect in the competitive environment of service management; traditional thinking and consciousness are firmly ingrained, which restricts the development of service management; there is no the mechanism of information transparency in the service management system; the human-oriented harmonious mechanism with Chinese characteristics are not embodied in the service system. It is necessary to establish, perfect and enrich the policy system, build a good developmental environment for the service industry, intensify the aggregation of service management, eliminate ideal obstacles, build transparent system information, strengthen self service management, especially humanity service of enterprise products. Service management is a new management mode. More and more scholars are devoted to the research on the models by measurement, statistics, and decisions. In the future, more quantized achievements will be got.
