摘要
在矿山立井井筒建设中,立井井筒含水层地面预注浆技术是对含水层厚度大、含水丰富、水压大的基岩地层进行水患防治的首选方法。通过对其施工技术要求、质量要求及施工技术难点的分析,总结出了在注浆孔布置、孔斜控制、冲孔和洗井、注浆材料的选择、注浆段的划分、注浆顺序和注浆压力诸方面的施工技术措施,并以平煤五矿风井井筒地面预注浆工程为例进行了说明,提出了地面预注浆技术的技术关键点和注意事项。
In eoalmine vertical shaft construction, the vertical shaft aquifer surface advance grouting technique is the preferred method to control mine flooding in thick aquifer, abundant water high water pressure bedrock strata. Through analyses of engineering technical requirement, quality requirement and engineering technique difficulty, summarized technical measures of grouting holes layout, deviation control, boring and hole flushing, grouting material selection, grouting sector division, grouting sequence and grouting pressure, and explained by the example of Pingdingshan No.5 coalmine ventilating shaft surface advance grouting engineering, pointed out technical key points and matters needing attention.
