摘要
词汇量与词汇深度知识被认为是词汇能力的两个重要维度。在外语研究中,人们在重视词汇量的同时会更多地关注对词汇深度知识的研究,即进行词汇量与词汇深度知识的发展研究。二语词汇深度知识对外语教学有重要的启示,在词汇教学中应考虑针对不同的词汇和不同水平的学生提出不同的要求,按照词项处理词,将词汇与文化背景联系起来,在语篇中理解词汇的意义,让语境化与联系法相结合,重视高频词,帮助学生有效地学习、记忆单词和提高词汇能力。
Vocabulary and the deep knowledge of the depth of word are regarded as two important dimensions of lexical ability. In studying foreign languages,people usually pay more attention to the study of lexical breadth as well as the study of the depth of lexical knowledge, which has important instructions on foreign language teaching. Lexis should be dealt with according to chunks; lexical meaning should be understood in the text and associated with its cultural background; and much importance should be attached to the high frequency words to help students study and memorize English words more effectively and improve their lexical ability.
