摘要
在汽车空调用单效溴化锂吸收式制冷机的基础上,设计一种同时利用汽车发动机和尾气余热并采用微机控制技术的汽车空调用除霜与供暖装置,该装置一方面能实现冬季发动机低温启动时加快发动机升温速度,使其迅速进入正常工作温度,延长发动机使用寿命,同时也能提升汽车供暖系统的除霜性能,保证驾驶的安全性;另一方面能充分利用汽车余热,实现汽车空调,减少汽车油耗,提高燃料的热能利用率和吸收式制冷机的热力系数.通过对该装置进行热力计算与传热面积计算,结果表明改造后的排汽热交换器和冷却水箱传热面积较小,结构简单紧凑,相对于传统的汽车空调和供暖装置,能耗极少,无环境污染.
On the basis of single-effect lithium bromide absorptive refrigeration of automobile air-conditioning. A defrosting and heating device was designed, which used the engine power and exhausted heat in the same time and, in which the microcomputer control technology was employed, also. On the one hand, this apparatus could accelerate the process of warming-up of the engine when the engine was to start in a low temperature in winter, making it enter the normal operating temperature quickly, thus prolong engine life and enhance the defrosting function of the heating system to ensure driving safety. On the other hand, it could make full use of the exhausted heat of cars to achieve their air-conditioning and reduce their fuel consumption, thereby it could improve the utilization rate of the fuel thermal energy and thermodynamic coefficient of absorptive refrigerator. The thermodynamic computation and heat transfer computation were performed for this apparatus, The result showed that the heat transfer areas of the remodeled exhaust heat exchanger and cooling water tank were comparatively small and the construction of them was simple and compact. Compared with the traditional automobile air-conditioning and heating equipment, the energy consumption of proposed apparatus was extremely little without pollution.
