摘要
介绍和分析了在网络中心环境下设计面向服务的指挥信息系统和相关的信息管理的关键问题,包括,面向服务的基本原则,系统服务设计需要考虑的领域和信息管理运作过程。旨在为从事未来指挥信息系统研究和开发的人员提供技术借鉴。
This paper summarizes and analyses the key problems for designing Service oriented command information systems and interrelated information management in net-centric environment, including principles of the SOA, some further areas considered necessarily in order to design the system s services, and operational processes of information management. The purpose of this paper is to offer references for the technical personnel on the future command information systems research and application development.
