摘要
通过20Cr2Ni4钢锻件的金相组织进行分析,制定了20Cr2Ni4钢锻件正火新工艺试验方案;通过反复试验,终于取得了成功。该新工艺达到了客户所需的硬度180—227HB,机加工性能好。现已按该新工艺批量生产,并获得了国家专利局发明专利的授权。
According to the metallurgical structure analysis on the 20Cr2Ni4 steel forgings, the authors design a new normalization process for this kind of steel forgings. The new process has been proven to be effective and able to produce desirable results in repeated experiments. A hardness of 180 -227 HB and excellent machining property has been achieved. This technique has been applied in mass production now, and awarded a patent from National Patent Office in China.
