摘要
爱母分娩工程的核心是产时分娩的管理，除医疗技术水平为重要因素外，改善产科系列服务模式，加强孕妇夫妇有关培训与健康教育，加强保健与临床的结合，对爱母分娩工程的作用亦是举足轻重的。广东省妇幼保健院试运行产时分娩管理新模式、产科系列服务新模式，提高了产科质量和社会效益及经济效益。
The centre of the friendly mother obstetric project is the obstetric management in the course of childbirth. The medical technic level is an important effect for the friendly mother obstetric project. It is also very important that improving the series service model in obstetrical department, strengthening the training and health education to the pregnant and obstetrical woman and strengthening the combining health with clinical.The new model of obstetric management and series service in obstetrical department were pilot run in MCH hospital of Guangdong province. Since that the management quality in obstetrical department and the cocial benefit and the economic benefit had been raised.
