摘要
数字化变电站是未来变电站发展的方向。首先介绍了数字化变电站的关键技术,然后基于IEC61850标准,设计一个完整的35 kV的数字变电站模型,提出过程总线和变电站总线结合的组网方式,采用光纤冗余环网构建了数字化变电站的通信网络结构。提出数字化变电站过程层关键设备的配置原则和选择方案。根据国内外高压电气设备和二次设备(IED)的发展情况和运行经验,提出当前建设基于IEC61850的数字化变电站的过渡方案。
The digital substation is the future direction of the development of substation. Key technology of the digitized substation is introduced,a complete figure of 35 kV digitized substation based on IEC 61850 is designed, a combinatorial networking mode constructed by process bus and substation bus. Fiber - optic ring network is adopted to build digital substation communication network. According to the development and operational experience of domestic and foreign high - voltage electrical equipment and the second device (lED) ,the transition plan of constructing digital substation based on IEC 61850 is proposed.
