摘要 针对夏热冬冷地区城市既有建筑节能改造进行研究,从建筑的墙体、屋顶等围护结构及门窗、楼地面等内部结构改造提出行之有效的节能改造技术,使既有建筑节能技术系统化、节能构件产品标准化,并使其得以工业化规模化推广,从而加快夏热冬冷地区既有建筑节能改造的进程,通过提高既有建筑的节能效率,达到降低建筑能耗、增强舒适性,以实现城市建筑可持续发展的目的. The paper is about the research on Building Energy Saving in the city that hot in summer and cold in winter, putting forward the effective technology about the transformation of internal building struature, such as , walls, roofs, windows,and grouds, making building have been completed technical systematization, standardization of energy-saving component products to be both energy-saving construction of industrial-scale efforts, so as to speed up the process of building energy conservation in this region both the process of transformation, by increasing the energy efficiency of existing buildings to reduce building energy consumption, enhance comfort and to achieve the purpose of sustainable development of urban construction.
