The early effective indices of renal injury induced by lead exposure

摘要 关于铅性肾损害早期效应指标研究,目前主要集中在病理形态、尿蛋白类、酶类、尿糖与内生肌酐清除率等方面,其中尤以对RBP、β2-MG、NAG等的敏感性、特异性、可行性的研究较多。 The studies on the early effective indices in renal injury induced by lead exposure now are mainly focused on the pathological observation,urinary proteins,urinary enzymes,urinary sugar and creatinine clearance,etc.Among those indices,more attention has been paid on the sensitivity,specificity and feasibility of RBP,β2-MG and NAG.
