摘要
目的对荨麻根的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等各种色谱技术对荨麻根的化学成分进行分离,应用理化数据分析和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从荨麻根中分离得到10个化合物,分别为α-香树脂醇(Ⅰ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅱ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅲ)、双(5-甲酰基糠基)醚(Ⅳ)、5-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅴ)、4-羟基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、东莨菪素(Ⅶ)、东莨菪素苷(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ均为首次从荨麻中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Urtica fissa E.Pritz.METHODS Chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic methods such as silica gel column,sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and PTLC.Their structures were determined by physiochemical and spectral analysis.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as α-amyrin(Ⅰ),β-amyrin(Ⅱ),oleanolic acid(Ⅲ),bis(5-formylfurfuryl)ethe(rⅣ),5-hydroxylmethylfuraldehyde(Ⅴ),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅵ),scopoletin(Ⅶ),scopolin(Ⅷ) , daucosterol (Ⅸ) , β-sitosterol ( Ⅹ ) . CONCLUSIONCompound Ⅰ -Ⅶ were isolated from Urticafissa E. Pritz. for the first time.
