摘要
水华是水体富营养化的表征,对环境的危害性极大。对长江流域水体富营养化的总体状况、水华发生的基本情况进行了详细的介绍,分析了在环境保护工作中存在的问题。提出治理水华的对策措施,即:加强流域综合管理、控制污染源、改善水文条件、推进生态治理工作、建立健全法律法规体系、建立稳定的资金投入机制、强化科技支撑作用。
Algae bloom is representation of water eutrophication,which destroies the environment.The paper detailedly introduces total status of water eutrophication and the basic situation of algae bloom in the Yangtze River basin.Based on the above introduction,the paper analyzes the deficiencies existing in environment protection.At last,the control methods for algae bloom are proposed as follow: strengthing integral basin management,controlling pollution sources,improving hydrological condition,promoting ecological improvement work,establishing and perfecting system of laws and rules and stable fund input mechanism and strengthening support function of science and technology.
