摘要
采用索氏提取法对野扁桃种两个居群(裕民TCL118和托里TCL119)种仁油进行提取,并对提取的种仁油采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)进行脂肪酸成分分析。结果表明,野扁桃种仁含油量为50.03%;油中主要脂肪酸为棕榈烯酸(6.21%)、硬脂酸(6.85%)、油酸(78.77%)和芥酸(3.80%)。野扁桃种仁含油量高,油中油酸含量高,可以作为优质的食用油加以开发。
The seed oils of wild almond (Amygdalus ledebouriana Schlecht) of two population (Yumin TCL118 and Toli TCL119 ) distributed in 2 areas in Xinjiang of China were extracted from kernel by Soxhlet, and their fatty acid compositions were investigated using GC - MS. The results showed that the kernel contained 50. 03% oil, and the main fatty acids were palmitoleic acid ( 6. 21% ), stearic acid (6.85%) ,oleic acid(78.77% ),and erucic acid (3.80%). The Amygdalus ledebouriana Schlecht seed could be developed as a resource of high - quality edible oil.
