摘要
以治求证的诊断方法,在中医史上使用广泛,但后世未有总结者。文章就所查文献结合个人体会对其进行归纳总结,指出"以治求证"的辩证思维方法就是通过对临床治疗的过程中出现用药无效、见效、症状加重或产生变症等等情况进行分析,进而发现疾病的本质,推出真实病机,纠正治疗错误的方法。这种方法能更有效的提高临床辨证治疗的水平,在临证中有积极的指导作用。
The Diagnosis method of syndrome differentiation based on treatment was widely used in TCM history while not been summrized by later ages. This article summarized the method by refering TCM documents together with personal experience. Points out that the essence of dialectical thinking method of syndrome differentiation based on treatment to find out invalidity,validity,syndrom aggravation or vauing after clinical treatment, so as to find out the essence of disease, infer real pathogenesis, correct the errors of treatment. This can improve level of clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation effectively and have positive instructive effect in clinical.
