摘要
目的了解高氟区农村居民对饮用水满意度、需求及对饮水卫生、地方性氟中毒防治知识的认知状况,为有关部门科学规划农村卫生安全供水,实施饮水防病健康教育干预提供理论依据。方法采用入户访谈及问卷调查方法,对187名农民进行调查。结果农民饮用村集中供水达100%,但水处理率为0;61.5%的农民对饮用水水质不满意,改水用户对改水前后水质的满意率分别为41.9%和62.8%(χ2=3.78,P>0.05);仅有13.9%的居民听说过介水传染病,32.1%的居民听说过地方性氟病,70.8%的农民不清楚地方性氟病的表现,81.9%的居民不知道饮水降氟方法。结论农村居民对饮水卫生、地方性氟病的了解不足,获取饮水卫生、地方性氟病相关知识的途径也较少。
Objective To understand the farmers demand and degree of satisfaction on drinking water,the cognition of endemic fluorosis in high fluorine areas for scientific planning of rural water supply project and health education.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in 187 peasants.Results All participants used tap water,but the treatment rate of the water was 0.61.5% of the participants were not satisfied with the water quality.Only 32.1% of the participants knew endemic fluorosis,while 70.8% were not clear about symptoms of endemic fluorosis. 81.9% of the participants did notknow methods to reduce the fluoride and 87.7% wanted to know more knowledge of drinking water. Conclusion The peasants did not have sufficient cognition of endemic fluorosis and hygienic quality of drinking water.
