摘要
以葡醛酸内酯为原料,通过酯交换、乙酰化和溴代反应合成三-O-乙酰基-α-D-溴代葡萄糖醛酸甲酯。采用五溴化磷代替溴化氢作为溴化剂,合成化合物的结构通过1H NMR及旋光度测定确证无误,总收率72%。
Methyl( tri-O-acetyl--α-D--glucopyranosyl bromide)-urinate was synthesized from glucuronolac- tone including loop esterification, acetylation, bromide substitution. Phosphorus pentabromide was taken as bromating agent instead of hydrogen bromide. The overall yield is 72% and the structure was identified by 1H NMR and optical rotation photometry.
