Purchasing tasks allocation in electronics manufacturing supply chain

摘要 为了能在多供应商之间分配采购任务使双方整体效益达到最优,结合电子制造业典型特点和多供应商环境下电子元器件采购特征,提出了4种不同类型的供应商协作模式:连续补给型、一般协作型、订货供给型和紧密协作型.主要针对一般协作型、订货供给型和紧密协作型3种类型供应商,采用两种不同的任务分配策略:成本优先控制策略和交货期优先控制策略,分别建立电子制造供应链采购任务分配模型,同时考虑产品总的采购成本,基于两种分配策略构造了采购任务分配算法.通过计算一个实例来验证采购任务分配模型和说明该算法是如何求解问题的,结果表明,准时交货率得到最大保证,而成本得到有效降低. To allocate purchasing tasks among multiple suppliers for obtaining lowest total cost by combining features of purchasing electronic components under multiple suppliers environment and typical features in electronics manufacturing, four types of supplier coordination pattern were proposed: continuous replenishment, ordinary cooperation, supply orders and close cooperation. According to these suppliers, two allocation patterns considering cost or delivery date as top priority were proposed. Two models of purchasing tasks allocation in electronics manufacturing supply chain considering the total cost of products were constructed, and corresponding algorithms were constructed based on the two predetermined policy. Then a practical application verified the model of purchasing tasks allocation and illuminated this algorithm. Results showed the maximum guarantee of delivery rate on time and the cost-effectiveness of this strategy.
