摘要
凹印和柔印前后,油墨颜料颗粒尺寸会发生变化。实验发现,对于凹印,黑、青、品、黄四色油墨颜料颗粒均会减小;对于柔印,潘通棕色水性专色油墨颜料颗粒会减小,而黑色油墨的颜料颗粒则几乎没有变化。进一步,颜料颗粒的变化趋势与印刷品色差及光泽度的变化趋势并不完全一致。
In gravure printing and flexo printing, ink pigment particle size will change a^ter several hours. The experiment showed that in gravure printing, ink pigment particle decreased for CMYK. In flexo printing, Pantone Brown ink pigment particle size decreased, but black ink pigment particle had no change nearly. However, change of AE and gloss was not entirely consistent with that of particle size.
