摘要
目的探讨临床培训护士行深静脉置管术的有效方法。方法回顾9年来采取的学徒式培训及正规化集中培训2种培训方法下护士开展深静脉置管术的情况,比较2组培训方式的实际效果。结果正规化集中培训较学徒式培训耗时短、培训人数多;一针见血成功率高(p<0.01);患者配合程度好;术中并发症发生率低(p<0.01)。结论正规化集中培训临床护士学习实践深静脉置管术是一种行之有效的培训方法,可满足临床日益增长的深静脉置管需求。
Objective：To explore the effective method of training nurses in clinic to apply deep vein tube indwelling.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the apprenticeship training method and the regular collective training method in our hospital during the last 9 years.Results：Compared whth the apprenticeship training, the regular collective training cost less time,trained more nurses. The regular collective training also made the nurses puncture more successfully and the patients cooperate more.During the operation, the complication rate of the regular collective training is significantly lower than that of the apprenticeship training （subclavian vein tube indwelling,p〈0.01 ;femoral vein tube indwelling,p〈0.05）.Conclusions：The regular collective training is an effective method to train the nurses to apply deep vein tube indwelling,it can satisfy the increasing clinic demand of the tube indwelling.
