摘要
目的:观察在饮食控制、运动疗法基础上,中药参葛方干预非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:共收集非酒精性肝炎患者57例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组28例以参葛方加减治疗,对照组29例以胆宁片治疗,两组均以饮食、运动为基本干预手段,疗程均为12周。观察患者治疗前后中医症候积分、肝功能、血脂、影像学指标的变化。结果:治疗组体重指数下降优于对照组;治疗组治疗后ALT、AST、GGT、TCh与治疗前相比较明显下降,与对照组相比较,差异有显著性意义。治疗组肝/脾CT值变化与对照组相比差异有显著性意义。结论:在"地中海"饮食原则、运动疗法等生活方式改变的基础上,加用中药参葛方不仅能明显改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者的临床症状,也可明显降低患者血清ALT、AST、GGT、TCh水平,影像学指标也有一定程度改善,疗效优于胆宁片。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of dietotherapy and kinesitherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine on nonalcoholic steatosisi hepatitis ( NASH ) . Methods: Totally 57 patients with NASH were randomly divided into therapy group (28 cases) with Shenge decoction and control group (29 cases) with Danning tablet, Both groups took dietary and exercise intervention, after the treatmeng for 12 weeks, compared the clinical symptoms, liver function, blood lipids, in- dicators of changes in imaging. Results: Both groups show evident lessening in the Syndrome of TCM, and the therapy group was significantly better than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The liver function ( ALT, AST, GGT) of treatment group decreased significantly than that before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , that the treatment group improvement in the reduction of liver function (ALT, AST, GGT) are obyiously better than the control group, the Total cholestero (TCh) of treatment group decreased significantly than that before treatment (P 〈 0.05 ), But the triglyceride (TG) had no difference gad bi dufferebees after treatnebt ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . The imaging of treatment group decreased significantly than that before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), the imaging of con- trol group had no significant ( P 〉 0. 05) , that the treatment group improvement in the reduction of imaging are obviously better than the control group. Conclusion: Shenge decoction and dietary, exercise intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, ALT, AST, GGT, TCh imaging indication of NASH.
