摘要
取心PDC钻头由于其价格低、排粉空间大、效率高等优点,广泛应用于软-中硬岩层。其主要几何参数对切削齿强度影响的理论研究,迄今尚未见文献报道。利用ANSYS软件对取心PDC钻头模型在静载荷作用下的应力、位移进行了数值分析研究,获得该型钻头的主要几何参数对其强度影响的变化规律,为取心PDC钻头的设计提供了理论依据。
PDC coring bit is widely used in the soft - hard rock because of their low price, exclusive powder room for large and high efficiency. The theoretical research documents on the impact of the main geometric parameters on the mechanical properties of cutter are rare. Finite element analysis software is used numerical value simulation is carried out in stress and displacement under the action of the static load, and got the change rule of the impact of the main geometric parameters on the mechanical properties of cutter. It provides a theory basis for design of PDC bits.
